Introduction
Greetings, fellow earthlings! My name is France, and I’m on a rather delayed quest for fitness. As a child I was pretty active (running, Karate, badminton), and I was a semi-gym rat teenager who did some boxing, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai, but the activity died down when I hit my 20’s and I realized I’ve become an unfit, lazy, cellulite-y creature who can’t even jog for more than 5 minutes straight. Unfortunately, school was a needy bitch and disallowed me to get fit again.
Fast forward to present, and I am done with school. Forever. (Okay, maybe not forever. Might decide to study something new, might get bored with the real world and want to feel the relative comfort within the confines of college once more, etc.) I have a job that mercifully leaves me with ample free time to do stuff, like read and write and watch movies and exercise.
I’m determined to finally change my lifestyle and become more active. I’m a pescetarian, but I used to eat a lot of chips and other snacks with no nutritional value, so now I’m going to kick that habit and take on a new, healthier way of living.
No more excuses. Here goes.
